# National Home Move – Celebrates Chloe Wallace’s Rising Star Shortlist Success

Chloe’s nomination is a fantastic achievement and a reflection of the hard work, commitment and positive attitude she brings to her role every day. Her journey with NHM is a brilliant example of how determination, a willingness to learn and a passion for the property industry can create exciting opportunities for career progression.

### **An impressive journey through the business**

Chloe joined NHM in June 2024 as a Negotiator at Reeds Rains Chapel House. Since then, she has progressed through a series of roles, taking on increasing responsibility and demonstrating her ability to lead, motivate and deliver results.

After moving to Reeds Rains Stanley in October 2024, Chloe became acting Branch Manager in September 2025 before progressing to Lettings Manager across Stanley and Chester-le-Street in February 2026. In July 2026, she took the next significant step in her career, becoming Branch Manager at Reeds Rains Consett.

Her progression in just over two years is testament to her ambition, resilience and determination to make the most of every opportunity. Chloe has embraced each new challenge with enthusiasm, building her experience and developing the skills needed to lead a successful branch.

### **Delivering outstanding results**

Since taking on the Branch Manager role at Consett, Chloe has already made a significant impact, with impressive year-on-year growth across both sales and lettings.

These results reflect Chloe’s drive, commercial awareness and ability to inspire her team to achieve more. She combines a strong focus on performance with a positive, proactive approach, helping to create momentum and build on the branch’s success.

### **A positive influence beyond the branch**

Chloe’s contribution extends beyond her day-to-day responsibilities. She is a passionate supporter of NHM’s charitable activities and has played an active role in fundraising initiatives, including the NHM Dragon Boat Challenge, where the team finished second, and the Great British Property Cycle, helping raise £2,800 in support of NHM’s charitable efforts and St Mungo’s.

Her willingness to get involved, support colleagues and contribute to the wider business reflects the values we are proud to champion at NHM. She is not only focused on her own development but also on making a positive difference to the people and communities around her.

### **A Rising Star with a bright future**

Her journey from Negotiator to Branch Manager demonstrates what can be achieved through hard work, commitment and a genuine passion for the property industry.
