# Reeds Rains Wynyard Fees

## Fees for selling through us

When you sell a property through Reeds Rains Wynyard you won’t pay us our Estate Agency fee until the sale completes as we operate on an ‘No Sale, No Fee’ basis.

Our Agency Fee is based on a number of things. You can choose either a % fee or a fixed amount option and we will discuss this with you when we [value your property](https://77xuqimkzc.execute-api.eu-west-2.amazonaws.com/house-valuation/wynyard). It will also vary if we are one of two or more agents selling your property.

If you would prefer not to pay a fee, we offer a revolutionary online property auction system which allows customers to sell their properties quickly, for the best price possible and without having to pay any Agency Fees. This is called the [Modern Method of Auction](https://www.reedsrains.co.uk/selling/auction) and is available at some of our branches.
