What an amazing service from Reed Rains we've had. After having to find a new home for my grandma, we came across a lovely little bungalow which was perfect for her. From the very first viewing all the way through to getting the keys today, Lauren and Jasmine have worked impeccably to ensure we were kept informed and helped us out when dealing with some of the trickier aspects with my Grandma not having access to internet banking. From start to finish, the team went above and beyond, and I truly believe the sale would not have completed when it did without them. A massive shout-out to Emily, Rebecca and Donna – they were absolutely fantastic. Communication was excellent throughout, they kept pushing when things stalled, and they weren’t afraid to battle my solicitors to keep everything moving.
