We had rented out a property with Reed Raines for 14 years so it was our obvious choice when we went to sell it. Martin Armstrong valued the property and put it onto the open market for sale. Martin kept us informed every step of the way with updates on every viewing. The house was under offer within a week well over the asking price and contracts have been exchanged. Rosaleen has gone out of her way to look after me, from her initial flexibility in arranging a short notice viewing at a time that suited me, her communications through the contracting stages to her helpfulness even after collecting the keys. I have rented from various agents over the years and this is the first time I have felt the company have actually cared and truly treated me as an individual, with empathy and understanding of the stresses of moving.
