Jamie in particular showed great patience and understanding, taking the time to explain things clearly and calmly whenever I needed support. I would also like to recognise Jack, Jamie, Vicky and Sarah. Each of them played an important role throughout the process and together they provided an exceptional level of service. Their communication was particularly impressive, emails were answered promptly, calls were returned quickly, and I was always kept informed. Excellent service from all at Reeds Rains, however Sarah in particular has been a fantastic help! Although we haven't used Reeds Rains directly ourselves, they're the estate agents our seller has been using. It's been a pleasure going through our first house purchase with Sarah alongside the seller of our first home that we're purchasing. Sarah has been wonderful, super friendly, caring and kept us updated with everything along the way! Absolutely fab. I’m currently looking for a house to buy. Reeds Rains in Halifax have Been great. Jamie and Matt are friendly, resound to queries quickly and most of all did not just treat me like a number, like some other estate agents. They understood my needs, provided excellent customer service and really knew their stuff. Thank you for responding to my emails and calls promptly, and not making me feel like a number, and not responding to me just because the house was not right for me. Ie not making me feel like a sales target.
