We chose to sell our home through Reeds Rains as Alex provided us with some excellent pre-sale advise. We looked at other agents including the one we used before, but Alex provided great insight that wasn't the usual over salesy patter that just turns you off straight away. The gentleman who showed people around our home was an absolute delight. So respectful, helpful and welcoming. Sophie, kept us updated and asked the flurry of questions and negotiation asks, we were getting and helped sort out access to our keys for surveys she kept in touch and overall she has been brilliant. Our house has an immanent exchange date and it was around just under 6 months from listing to exchange.
