Prior to getting Reeds Rains involved in the sale of our property, we had tried two popular agents in the area and our house had been on the market for 15 months with several viewings and no offer. We opted for the premium marketing offer which costed a little bit extra. We had just one viewing and achieved a sale within a week! Charlotte was fantastic in managing our sale process till the end. The communication was amazing, she told us in advance what to expect and the things put in place to avoid delays. Sale completed and everyone was happy. I will definitely recommend.
