We knew from the outset that it was going to be an uphill struggle as it was an older property which was in dire need of modernisation, and had also suffered from damage caused by a burst pipe. Jen came to our rescue, and got the property onto the market with the minimum of fuss and delay. Although we came close to selling on two separate occasions, it was third time lucky, as we finally found a buyer with enough imagination to see the potential and commit to the property. Jen's diplomacy and patience were invaluable throughout this long, sometimes tedious and disheartening process. However, her sense of humour and determination to find the right buyer got a result in the end. The team supporting Jen also deserve praise, they were always helpful, friendly and professional.
