From the first day Steven came to value my dad's house, our family home of 60years I knew they were the only people I could trust to sell it . Then I met Andrea and Abbie who looked after me through many tears and there were many they were unbelievably understanding and I can honestly say I don't know what I would of done without them . Reeds Raine did all the viewings for me and helped both Sophie (buyer)and myself through the selling of my dad's house . We have just recently completed on buying a property through Reeds Rains, and I just wanted to highlight how fantastic Andrea at Stockton was throughout the whole process. We first approached Andrea with our interest in a property before we had even sold our own home, and from that very first point of contact, her service has been exceptional. She has been incredibly supportive, proactive, and always willing to help. Andrea kept in regular contact with us regarding the progress of our own house sale, while also communicating with the family selling the property we were hoping to buy. This made what can be a stressful process feel much more manageable and reassuring. Throughout the whole conveyancing process Abby and Andrea were in regular contact and always willing to go the extra mile to support a smooth process, nothing was ever too much and they were always just a phone call or email away. Just want to say a huge thank you to Abbie and the rest of the team at Hartburn branch. Abbie has helped us from start to finish with selling our property. No question was ever too much of a problem - regardless of how frequent they were!! and if she didn't know the answer to our query, she would always endeavour to find out for us. Abbie has been really friendly, helpful and supportive throughout the entire process, taking away so much of the stress involved with moving house.
