Kaighleigh Jones is just phenomenal!! She made us aware of a property up for let and ended up dealing with us yhrow the transion. Answered every email and phone calls without getting annoyed. Had complications with paper work trying to get keys for new property as we was moving from one tenancy to a new one and had 24hrs to move a full house and despite the stress from us, we literally watching her making numerous calls fighting our corner and trying to remain calm trying to fix the paper work as quickly as possible, while trying to remain calm. How she never broke down I don't know!!! We finally got there in the end . This lady is a diamond and is incredible and I am truly thankful for her!!!
