The whole team at Reeds Rains were amazing from start to finish when selling our house. First meeting James and discussing options for selling I never felt any pressure, it always felt like everything was my choice and he was there to support and advise me. During the sale it felt like the whole team was behind us, whoever in the office answered the phone was always happy to help anyway they could and we never heard that they weren't on our case so didn't have an answer for us. Sue kept in regular contact with us keeping us up to date with everything as it developed and Lewis was always happy to help when we called the office, nothing ever felt like a hassle. During the sale we had some trouble with the house we were buying (not through Reeds Rains) but Jade was amazing and fought our corner for us ultimately saving the sale. It was so comforting in all the stress to know we had the Reeds Rains team behind us. Thank you!
