Owner statement
I have lived in this house since 2004. I have been really happy here: it has been a comfortable, peaceful, and quiet place. I have never worried about security - even when I have been away for several weeks, as the cul de sac is very safe and secure. Most importantly, I could not have wished for better neighbours: they are friendly, kind, decent, and supportive people. And, as there are only 6 houses in the Grove, and it has felt like a lovely little community.
