I have worked within the property industry for 9 years, starting my career as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator and progressing through the industry to now managing the Rhyl branch and working across both sales and lettings throughout North Wales.
Over the years, I have experienced a wide range of situations within the property industry, which has allowed me to build a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience across lettings, property management, valuations and sales. Having worked my way up from trainee level, I understand the importance of every stage of the property journey and am well placed to support landlords, tenants, vendors, buyers and property investors.
With lettings legislation and the wider property industry constantly evolving, I pride myself on keeping up to date with changes and ensuring my clients receive professional, honest and straightforward advice. Whether I am helping a landlord achieve the best return on their investment, advising a homeowner on the value and marketing of their property, helping a tenant find their next home or supporting a buyer through their property search, my focus is always on achieving the best possible outcome for each individual client.
As Branch Manager, I am passionate about developing and supporting my team while continuing to grow the Reeds Rains Rhyl branch across North Wales. I've had the pleasure of being helped by both the rental and sales teams at the Rhyl branch: Katie Jenkins for rental, Leah Slevin for sales, and Tom Brown as branch manager. I'd contacted many estate agents in the nearby area, with the Rhyl branch team proving to be fantastic during every step of my journey, after inheriting a property, having it privately rented out for a couple of years, to eventually selling it. Basically if you need a reliable team, I'd recommend this branch.
