I am more than happy to leave a review for the team at ReedsRains who have managed the letting of my property over the last six years. All the staff I have ever dealt with have always been highly professional, efficient and helpful. With the fully managed service I have never been less than completely confident in their abilities, and knowing all the day to day administration is being handled as effectively as possible has been a huge weight off my mind throughout this time. The vigorous screening procedures used to vet potential occupants have always insured we have had the most suitable tenants. After six essentially trouble-free years I couldn't imagine letting my property again without their expertise to support me. Unforeseen complications and problems have of course inevitably arisen from time to time, and I have always been kept informed and up to date while we find solutions and the best way forward.
