I am the guarantor for my daughter who has just rented a property through Reed Rains. My Daughter and I met Stephen at the property during the house viewing and he was very very helpful in answering all the questions we had. On submitting an application there turned out to be many issues to overcome due to both my daughter’s work status and the information needed for my own guarantor application. Sheila has been one of the most focused and professional people I have met for a while and even though I knew there were many problems she was having to overcome, including timescales with their third party systems, Sheila did this in a most friendly and helpful manner. An amazing ambassador for the Reeds Rains brand. I was also aware of the support that Stephen was giving her during this period, adding to both myself and daughter seeing the Sale branch working very closely as a customer focused team.
