We were 1st time landlords having to rent out my mother’s house. Samantha and all of the Reeds Rains team were very professional and efficient throughout the whole process. Samantha helped us to prepare the house with excellent advice and direction. She presented and marketed the house excellently, screened the renters and gave us a good shortlist to choose from. Having selected our tenant, they have managed the process from selection to the tenant moving in very well and very swiftly. As 1st time landlords, we had lots of questions especially regarding the changes to rental legislation - everything was answered promptly and clearly.
